Computer Troubleshooters offers a variety of service
plans to customize our services to the needs of each
client. The table below highlights the different
service plans available:

While not truly a service plan, some customers can
choose to prepay for service in 10-hour blocks of
time at a discounted rate. Gift Certificates are
also available.

Some customers can benefit from regularly scheduled
on-site appointments with your Computer
Troubleshooter. For example some customers find it
beneficial to have their Troubleshooter come out for
half a day every week, or 2 hours every month, etc.
This allows Computer Troubleshooters to better
interact with the staff and management, and provide
more of an IT function. Regularly scheduled service
is provided at a discounted rate based on the volume
of work.
