Computer Troubleshooters offers a variety of service plans to customize our services to the needs of each client. The table below highlights the different service plans available:

Non-Contract:

     

Computer Troubleshooters provides services on an as-needed basis without requiring any service contract or fees. Highlights of our non-contract program include:

    No monthly or annual fees.
    High quality Computer Troubleshooters on-site service.
    Preventative Maintenance services available when requested.
    Telephone support available as needed (billed in 15-minute increments)

Prepaid Service Blocks:

       

While not truly a service plan, some customers can choose to prepay for service in 10-hour blocks of time at a discounted rate. Gift Certificates are also available.

Scheduled Service:

     

Some customers can benefit from regularly scheduled on-site appointments with your Computer Troubleshooter. For example some customers find it beneficial to have their Troubleshooter come out for half a day every week, or 2 hours every month, etc. This allows Computer Troubleshooters to better interact with the staff and management, and provide more of an IT function. Regularly scheduled service is provided at a discounted rate based on the volume of work.

VIP Service Plan:

     

Business customers who regularly use Computer Troubleshooters can benefit from our VIP program. In exchange for a set monthly service fee your Troubleshooter provides an array of discounts and improved services which will improve your business:

    Minimal monthly service fee.
    Discounted hourly fee for on-site services.
    Free telephone support (up to 15 minutes per incident).
    Preferred scheduling (priority response for emergencies).

VIP PLUS Service Plan:

     

Same benefits as our popular VIP Service Plan, and also includes a complimentary preventative maintenance service call for all PC’s every 3 months.

Maintenance Contract:

     

Your Computer Troubleshooter offers a traditional Maintenance Contract, which provides extended warranty coverage for all listed PC equipment and accessories in return for a monthly contract fee. Minimum contract period is 6 months.

    Monthly contract fee.
    No charge for hardware repairs on covered equipment during contract period.
    Provides better budgeting by eliminating possible hardware ‘surprises’.
    Does not cover software problems, viruses, or user errors. (See contract for

Computer Assurance Plan (CAP):

     

The newest Computer Troubleshooters service plan, CAP is a fantastic way to get full-time IT support for your business without hiring additional staff. CAP plan customers get drastically discounted rates along with many key benefits in return for a modest monthly fee:

    Drastically discounted service rates (our lowest ever!).
    2 hours free service every month.
    Free preventative maintenance check for all PC’s every 3 months.
    Free support via telephone, fax, and email.
    12 hour guaranteed response time for emergencies.
    Priority scheduling.
    Discount on hardware purchases & upgrades.
    Free IT consultation & recommendations when needed.
    Discount rates apply to service for employee’s personal computers as well (great
  staff benefit).
    Free service log and network map maintained to track problems and provide
  better support.
